Dear powers that be,
I would like to reserve #045 as designated number, is that possible. My
video proves my hull is mobile, I know it's not complete, but I am working
hard on it now!
I found in the FAQ that minimum requirement is: "you must have finished at
least to the point where the hull is mobile under its own power."
I am working on getting up to 24 volt now, since the fixed reduction gears
of my wheelchair motors make it too slow at 12V
