Forgot to ask you if it really blew or just shut down. An SSR has a thermal
(is that the correct word?) protection, when it overheats it shuts down.
After having cooled off it functions fine again. We had this discussion on
the list a few months ago. The SSR (20 Amp then) of my StuG also shut down
once, but after cooling it for 20 minutes it was OK. I then upgraded to 40
Amps SSR's.
You might try to put the old one in again and check if it's really gone or
just used it's safety.
