No, I
do not set the timing to match. The timing is pretty close as is but by
filing a small tab on the back plate the timing can be adjusted somewhat.
Even CW and CCW EVW's are not perfectly timed. I find it's not much of an
issue during battle.

Hopefully within three weeks for the sprockets. Joe has tested the
M1's and recommends 2:1 for 12v and 1:1 for 24v operation.
