Gary,
I have been having a problem finding a treadmill belt also. It's garage sale
season, so I am hopeful. However, I am considering alternatives as my impatience
grows. I thought of using seat belts but they seem to have an excessive amount of
side-to-side movement. That may create additional wear on the road wheels as they
rub. I did find something a Joan Fabrics that has no side to side movement. It is
a woven polyester product called Mulit Pleater Tape. It is 3 7/8" wide. I don't
know how it will hold up, but it is thin enough to triple layer, but seem strong
enough with a single layer. I picked it up for $2.00 per yard. I figured to
experiment with it.

Just my two cents,
Todd
