This is the same charger I used with the T34.  I bought four of them to charge four batteries at once.  Gruber Power also has good pricing on batteries.
 
For the Cromwell I found a genuine EV Warrior 24v 5amp charger.  If your considering a 24v tank you should keep your eye's open for one of these.  They show up on eBay every so often.  An EV Warrior charger will charge two 18AH batteries (wired in series) overnight.
