Another ney guy [TANKS]

Hello

My name is Bob Cathey and I live in Columbus Ohio, I have been lurking 
around here for a couple months and have begun building a tiger.
I have the upper and lower hull assembled drive axle mounted and 
reduction box built. I have a set of evw's for power, still need to get 
a battery and
and build some tracks and i should be rollin. I know everyone likes 
pictures and I will post some (soon as I get some camera batteries).
I have a couple questions for the guru's.

How do you drill the shaft collars that come with the evw's' the things 
that take it fromm 8mm to .5 inch
I cant even scratch the things except with my angle grinder

is will still selling the attachment chain? if so please contact me

do you guys seal your hulls by covering it with tight bond 3 and sanding?

I have enjoyed the entire process of planning and building my tank and 
hope to shoot someone with it one day.
