I am planning on a sprocket drive. I saw and the pdf's that Amir posted and that
proved to be a good aid. I also have a link (somewhere) that has instructions for
laying out a sprocket. It looks like the sprocket teeth are 3/8" wide. Is this a
good measurment?
I thought I was ready to begin the sprocket, but I discovered that all the springs I
had used for my supension were much to weak. I am currently redoing them and should
be finished today. I am surprised how few places carry springs in variety and
quantity. The spings that I am now using are 7/16" x 2" x .062" w/ max capacity of
1 18 lbs. I am using 16 of them for the swing arms. I hope these work.
Thanks
