Review the third and fourth pics on this page that shows how to get the correct belt length. http://www.rctankcombat.com/tanks/T005/Page4.html Once you have the belt length and the width of your track pieces you can determine a track spacing. I drew a template on the computer for belt shape and track spacing then printed it out. I could assist you with a template if you desire. If you are attempting a sprocket drive TTS you assemble the track on the sprocket itself. Steve Tyng
