If you are talking about going to Aberdeen Proving
Grounds you need to enter through a specific gate have
photo id and registration available and wait about 20
minutes for them to run your plate and make up a form
for you to display in your window.
If you feel like waiting the East Coast Military
Vehicle Rally will be at Ripken stadium.
