At 150 rpm you aren't going to want to reduce them anymore.  Not sure how they'll perform if you speed them up.  I think these are probably car power window motors, you can google around to see what people have done with them before.

Subject: Gear Motors for Power... [TANKS]

Hello everyone...

I bought a couple of motors off of Ebay some time ago, but have been reconcidering the use of those motors. I was looking on the Surplus Center site and came across these http://www.surpluscenter.com/item.asp?UID=2006031100575188&item=5-1566-L&catname=electric I was wondering if these would suffice to power my tank around. They would be so much easier to mount in the tank as well as saving me money, (not as many gears or chain to buy). I realize that I may need to use a reduction from the motor shaft to the main drive shafts. Would these be feasable to use as drive motors? Thanks.
