Cooling [TANKS]

Hi all,
      Is it better to have fans blowing out hot air or bringing in cool air? 
So far I have 4 fans in the StuG, two 120mm (5") for the motors and two 80mm 
(3 1/4") for the ssr's. At the moment the 80's are blowing onto the ssr's 
(bringing air in) and the 120's are just moving air around inside. so do I 
need fans blowing air out? I want it to be as cool as possible.
