There's a method to our madness :-)
Since the very beginning of the hobby, we've been fortunate to have a
group of guys who not only want to develop a working solution, but who
also want to develop a better, simpler, cheaper solution for everyone
else. I've been pleasantly surprised to see that spirit is contagious
and we continue to see new members contributing their expertise and
experience in the form of information, answers to questions, articles
and new designs back to the hobby.
Joe, Steve and Will, just to name a few, have all spent their own money
to help provide parts and systems to everyone else. Profits are
definitely not the motive (it's more profitable to sell hotdogs on a
busy street corner). The goal is to help expand the hobby as best we
can, so that the battles can be bigger, more difficult and more fun.
