Chris, These guys have/had a sale going that had some regulators at fantastic prices (under $10) http://xpaintball.com Not sure if it is still going or if they have exactly what you need - I know that the "rock" regulators take co2 down to the 100psi range for running pneumatics on Auto-Cockers.
