It won’t decrease the range anymore
than if you replaced the magnet with a normal ole piece of metal of any type.
The fact that it’s a magnet makes zero difference. From:

should not affect the radio gear. Moving or pulsing magnetic fields could
induce currents in the radio gears circuits. A solid magnet sitting still
