They're collecting funds for a spiffy new museum... seems the
Smithsonian thought it wasn't PC to have armor on the mall.

As far as armor museums go, nicest I've seen is the one in Danville, VA
(http://www.aaftankmuseum.com/). Only problem there is, the guy that
runs the place is something of a jerk...
