HI  Dave ... yes I used a foam ball .. then fiberglassed it using finishing 
epoxy resin with the cloth.  It is very strong and easy to work with.  The 
machine gun opening is done the same way.  We are moving to Alberta because 
I dont want to be the last one out of Sask and have to turn the lights out.
