Ok thanks. By the way, how did you manage to get all of the teeth on the original to be exactly the same distance apart? I've thougth about it but cant figure out a way to get the spacing right. And how did you make the origional drive sprocket, did you use a CNC machine? Because I havnt got access to a CNC and am open to suggestions to making a perfect sprocket to make my mold. Thanks again.

Frank and I both used the smoothcast-300 series (Frank used 300, I used 305, same stuff just diferent pot lifes and demold times) for our tts tracks and to this day I have not broken a single cleat or guide tooth. So I guess you could say it's stood the test of time. I'm in the process of making a tts drive sprocket out of sc-305
and I got to say there is no way to break the darn thing (trust me I tried) It might break if you squashed it in the vice but other than that it's great stuff. The "Task" resins are aparently pretty good for high impact stuff (mallets gears, etc) but I can't realy say much about them because your guess would be as good as mine. I've included a pic of my drive sprocket. It's sc-305.
