Hi Derek,
Oh, I like it just fine for 19 years now. I just liked being a shooter
better than a watcher. CI was interesting, HUMINT even more so. I have been
strategic since 1998 and am almost done now. Another year or two to go.
Have a great weekend. I have to go build a hull tonight and a turret this
weekend! :-)

John, sounds like you don't like the MI world.
<http://us.i1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/mesg/tsmileys2/14.gif> I actually
picked my job in MI when I enlisted back in '91. Spent 4 years as a 33Y
(Strategic Systems Repairer). Never worked at Norad, but spent a year and a
half at NSA and another year and a half at the Pentagon as a contractor after
the Army. The MI realm is a little strange to most, I can agree with that.
My father also worked in MI as a counter-intelligence type and retired as a
CW3. It was interesting growing up in a house where your father is trained
how to interview possible agents of foreign governments and tell if they are
lying..... <http://us.i1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/mesg/tsmileys2/15.gif>
