I would agree with Steve on this one, I'm sure anyone could build a tank but 
whether they actually finish it or not is another story, or run into one 
problem and quit (I would have quit on my first day). So I guess it goes 
Determination, brains, table saw. When I started building T030 I had none of 
the three, now I have two of them, a table saw and I've been building near 
two years so determination. I'm not so sure about the third though.
