Two car garage
With about 2/3 full of crap (motorbike/kids bikes/kids old bikes) no car can
fit.

Ryobi table saw, drill press, XU1 compound Mitre saw, jigsaw, 2 cordless
drills, angle grinder, belt sander, orbital sander, "Tool Belt", clamps and
heaps of them, dremel tool and the Laptop computer (wireless lan)

Aside frome the usual assortment of hand + power tools, I have a 10" 
compound miter saw, air compressor (with twin NPTs for driving nail guns 
and other tools), and a Shopsmith ( http://www.shopsmith.com/ ). Ralph 
has a bench grinder, sawzall, drill press, various vices, a 3D routing 
table, almost every electronic toy known to man, and almost all the 
tools required to design and manufacturer every electronic toy known to 
man. His father in law has the heavier industrial tools (jackhammer, 
backhoe, etc).

Basically, if I don't have it, Ralph does; if he doesn't have it, his 
father in law does; and if his father in law doesn't have it, I don't 
need it.

Oh, with only one major exception -- none of us have a small milling 
machine. We know people with milling machines, and we can make-do, but 
it'd be nice to have a small one handy.
