According to http://www.wargamer.com/Hosted/Panzer/ktiger.htm the Tiger 
II had the same road wheels as a late model Panther.

According to original design drawing in panzer tracts no.5-1, Panther 
road wheels were 850mm outside diameter, which coincides nicely with a 
picture of the Jagdpanther I took at Aberdeen (attached).
