Initial specs for my gantry style cnc router (from the componets
purchased so far)
- 50"x50" X/Y axis, 3" Z axis
- 650oz steppers
- 4 axis 4amp per phase microstepping commercial grade controller
- 2hp router
- 55" .5" lead ballscews for the X/Y axis
- industrial grade linear profile rails
- 80/20 series aluminum extrusions for the structurial componets
- Mach2 control software
