IMHO
nothing really matches an EV Warrior under $100. You can come close
though. A 24 volt 350 watt scooter motor will have similar RPM and HP
as an EVW at 12 volts. To come close to an EVW at 24 volts you will need a
scooter motor in the 900 watt range. Scooter motors at this wattage
usually require 36 volts.

EV Warriors generate about twice as many RPMs at 24v,
so they need to be geared down almost twice as much, but they also generate more
power.
24
volt EVW's do not have to be geared down twice as much. Your vehicle can
just go twice as fast!

In fact, they probably generate too much power for our
purposes.
This
is one opinion I do not happen to agree with, unless of course your purpose is
to be easy prey for the Cromwell! (insert evil laugh
here) ;-)
