True, I hadn't considered the twisting issue, Chris. I'm thinking I might with
1/16" guage 6061 Aluminum. Basically from outside to inside it would go:
3" x 1/2" strip of 1/8" guage 60A Durometer Neoprene
3" x 1/2" strip of 1/16" guage 6061 Aluminum
3" wide neoprene conveyor belt
3" x 1/2" strip of 1/8" guage 60A Durometer Neoprene
1/2" x 1/2" strip of 3/8" guage 60A Durometer Neoprene (tracking tab)
It won't be the cheapest set of track in the world, I admit, but hopefully
they'll work pretty good on a light tank.
