I think he meant the E-100 was ridiculous... it's a downright enormous tank 
that was supposed to carry a 75mm gun with 200 rounds of ammo as a secondary(!) 
in a coax mount.

As for the E-10, I can only picture a tank destroyer hopping around on 
pneumatic shocks with a 1/6 scale Snoop Dogg action figure on top... lol In all 
seriousness, though, I believe the Swedish S tank that mentioned was very 
similiar in design and was an actual production tank... though I think it 
raised and lowered itself to elevate it's main gun.
