All you do is divide by the scale you want. If you have full scale 
measurements and you want 1/6 scale measurements you just divide it by 6, 
you want 1/35 scale just divide by 35. If you have 1/35 plans you get the 
full size specs by multiplying by the 35, same for 1/6 and all other scales.
