You mean motors.  Each track will have to be controlled independently so you can steer it.  Any of the motor/transmission designs detailed on the site (scaled up of course) would work.  Check out Bills Sherman at http://www.gizmology.net/tanks.htm for something close to your size range.
 
You can use one motor but you will need a more complicated transmission, http://www.rctransmission.com.
