Thanks Garnet, but its more just the idea that I built it myself. The system from the RC Truck would proably be cheaper,,(have let smoke out of a few components in the building). Since there are no tanks in my area right now, gives me time to play with things, and learn new ways of doing things. Besides the fact I have also built a new drive unit for another tank using Drill motors. The idea being my second tank will weigh about half of what my first one does.
 
Also, since you have made the stickers, will take two of them.

Jim..  for my turret rotation I use a esc from an RC truck...  it can handle up to 12 volts... so no probs handling the 12volt car window motor... it is an esc so it has full proportion control forward and reverse...   good luck...  Garnet     Saskatoon SK
