Darn cold here now, must be at least down to 50 degrees F,,,,

 

The switch Frank shows would be great, if not for the fact that by the time we get it here in canada the 6.00 goes up by about an extra 40.00 dollars, what with UPS adding delievery fee and broker charges.

 

Might still end up using something like on the link I sent, at least along that idea. Didn't like the push pull type, sure as can be I would hit something that shut off the power.

How is it going out in Lotus Land......we got our first two inches of snow out here in the foothills of the Rockies.

 

I've used a 70 amp push pull automotive switch I purchased from the local Nappa Auto store here in Airdrie(about $10). Other tankers have used this switch...it is sold on some of the robot sites also.

Would like to know what everyone is using for the power switch. The rules say it has to be outside the tank and easy to disconnect the main batteries.

Have looked at several kinds, none of which seem like a good idea at the moment.
