I was just looking through one of my catalogs ii get in the mail from Cherry Tree (I think that's the name) and in it, I saw plans for 2 tanks. Now grant it, they don't show how to make wheels or anything BUT the basic tank itself looks great! the one even shows some nice added detail.
When I get some more time here (have people coming to look at the house any time now), I'll see if I can get a web site and possible a link showing the items.
