EV-X concerns pt2 [TANKS]

Hi all,
Today I finished building my transmission for my StuG. It all works and 
everything but when I bench tested it the EV-X motors seemed to be faster 
(i'm not sure it is but it sounds allot faster) in the ccw direction, of 
course I built it to be running in the cw direction. How do I find out which 
direction is faster? (cheap way)

P.S I finally got my router after a 6 week wait, so I can finally get back
