I finally got my tank running RC'ed today thanks to Joe's MRC controller. No more walking along side the tank - woohoo! A word to the wise - don't leave your v-belts on when your tank is in storage they'll stretch out. oops. A question for the wise - is it ever possible to skimp on the wire running off of the negative side of the battery? I was thinking that the amps were "consumed" by the motors. (See photo attached) Feel free to laugh at me now. My ~16 gauge wire got warm after a couple minutes of running. So I'll be beefing it up but just wanted to understand what was happening. -Amir
