The event will be held on a weekend in September, 2005.....what dates are your first and second choice for the weekend battle in September....."Report in ASAP, RSVP with your preferences.....

 

THE DATE OF "THE GATHERING"  WILL BE ANNOUNCED JULY 15/05.

 Are you sure you mean Sept 1st not the 3rd. Seems to me more likely to get people out on the weekend as opposed to a Thursday. Again just my two cents

Can you send out a "coded message" to all participants in "THE GATHERING"...."between Sept.01/05 and Oct.15/05, what are your first  and second choice for dates of the event that you can attend?".  We need this information ASAP to arrange for holidays, etc....
