Noticed that some of y'all were complaining about the wooden guide teeth on
the tracks were breaking off. While perusing the Order of Battle I notice
a flaw in the design.....seem some of the tetthwere bing cut ACROSS the
grain of the wood instead of WITH the grain, and in the photos of the ate up
teeth I noticed this to be true as well. While I suspect that they still
could be damaged, attention to that little detail might improve the
situation....just my 2 bits......
Incidentally, anyone tried TREX building material for track puposes? Acts
like wood with the durability of plastic. Or perhaps a track block that
screws onto the wooden blocks, making it replaceable?
