No problem , The Idler wheel axle is basically a offset cam you can see it in the exploded view in the first photo,If you rotate the Idler wheel axle will move away or closer to the hull , my offset is 1/2" so by rotating the axle I get a 1" play The axle block is basically a big clamp by tightening the allen bolts it will clamp on to the axle locking it in place once track tension is reached did all that make sense?
