Mr. Tyng,

It is clear from the aggressive nature of your response that Tyng 
Industries is once again trying to de-stabilize the southern Maryland 
region with sabre rattling and making hollow promises to the masses. 
History has shown that Tri-Pact is not only the champion of freedom, but 
a friend to everyone in need.

As such, we regret to inform you that Tri-Pact will invade Southern 
Maryland on May 21, 2005 at approximately 8am with the largest R/C 
combat army ever assembled.  The task force will be led by our recently 
acquired T34 which has been upgraded to the operational standards 
required by Tri-Pact Engineering.  The T34 will be supported by a vast 
array of armored vehicles and artillery that has no equal anywhere in 
the world.

Recent intelligence information from the Tri-Pact Battle Management 
System indicates that Tyng Industries has fallen behind in the 
production of it's "advanced weapons platform" and that you will be 
relying instead on insurgents from the Pennsylvania Urban Fighting Force 
(PUFF).  Please be advised that we are currently in negotiations with 
Joe "PUFF Daddy" Sommer regarding his autobiographical book and movie 
deal.  As such, he may not provide the type of support you are anticipating.

Fortunately, Mr. Tyng, after the total devastation that will result on 
May 21, you and your countrymen will be eligible for interest free loans 
and lucrative building contracts as Southern Maryland is rebuilt and 
returned to the people.  We strongly recommend that you apply for those 
loans and contracts "now" before the post-devastation rush.  That will 
allow the rebuilding operation to begin immediately after the last 
paintball is fired.  In fact, rebuilding may actually begin before the 
war because of an advantageous scheduling window for the Tri-Pact 
Construction Division.  If so, they will coordinate all activities with 
the Tri-Pact Battlefield Commanders to insure that new construction is 
not destroyed while your armies are being annihilated.

Mr. Tyng, we realize that the coming weeks will represent both highs and 
lows for your regime.  Nonetheless, when this process has completed, 
we're confident that you and your people will benefit from the long-term 
changes, once again becoming a beneficial member of the Tri-Pact family.
