Richard, 
         First question. How much does the tank weigh
now? Most of the weight of our vehicles is the motor
and gear system, 20lbs, battery, 10 lbs, and wheels
and track. If the ABS is fairly light and you don't
have to reinforce any stress areas you could use drill
motors.
