Dale, 
           Take whatever measurement that you want to
convert, we'll do the height. 1st convert to total
inches.  7 feet X 12= 84 inches + 5.66= 89.66 total
inches. Next divide this by 6.  89.66/6 = 14.94 inches
or 1 foot 2.94 inches for the height.
