ROFLMGDAO, no kidding the people with the checkbooks didn't see the need for 
them.  Seems like they also didn't see the need to raise and train a lot of 
MP battalions either.  Sometimes I think the heads at the top are a little 
out of touch with reality.  But I digress, what does this prior-service 
grunt know (lol).
