Sitting around in armored boxes is the easiest way to
get killed. It gives the enemy something to shoot at
and you are tied down to a single point rather then
being flexible.
Rumsfield was stating that like Clausewitz has stated
everything changes on the moment of first contact. You
can not predict everything that was\is going to
happen. Only hope that you have a better ability to
adjust then the other guy.
