Marc, Sorry I didn't word my message very well. I didn't mean "always" active I meant while the main power is on. And if you are using seperate batteries it would be a problem... because if you were driving the tank for an hour the 3 little batteries would go flat. don't worry I'm just rambling aimlessly as usual.
