TO ALL CANADIAN TANK COMMANDERS

Do not be fooled by the message sent out by the Office of Fools, I mean
Office of Officials. Recent copies of photo's of the vehicle show
"MADE IN JAPAN" on the bottom ID Plate. Most likely made from recycled
American Beer Cans.
