I agree with John, a set screw with a good hold (loc-tite) and a flat piece
on the shaft is pretty darn solid. What I did in my tiger (t030) was mounted
the sprocket tightened the set screw to mark the shaft, and then drilled a
hole slightly bigger than the screw a little bit into the shaft. Then
re-tightened it all up. that way gives the screw a very good "seat" to
settle into.
