Vehicles are given an official designation when:

a) they have progressed to the point of a "rolling chassis" (not 
necessarily radio controlled, armed or even good looking),

b) you have submitted the basic technical data for the vehicle, and

c) you have submitted photos and captions documenting the systems 
developed so far (please send to my email address, not the list).
