Both of those controllers I can get at the hobby store here, but they're
both about $240 CDN, according to their website. Which is arounf $195 US..
so I guess it would be cheaper to go elsewhere.
I'd like to think RC systems are a long way off, but I'll be trying my hand
at them as soon as the hull is done, and I doubt the hull will take more
then a month to finish when I get started on it (Too cold to fiberglass
outside, and no shop, so gotta wait until May.)
Now, a dumb RC question (I really have no experiance with RC stuff), each
channel controls like, 2 functions right? As in, up-down, or left-right?
And another dumb question, this time paint ball. What's the difference
between .68 and .40 calibre paint balls? I mean, other then the size. Is one
more accurate then another? And does barrel length affect accuracy to any
real degree like it does on a real tank?

5 channels for a tank, 4 channels for a tank destroyer
2 ch for tracks
1 ch for turret rotate
1 ch for gun elevate
1 ch for trigger
I have been very happy with my 6ch Hitec Laser 6

They also have a 6ch Futaba for $150.

Check with Frank about which frequencies are currently being used.

Hetzers are very hard to hit.
