Both the Tri-Pact speed contoller and the Anvilus
speed controller use two SPDT relays per track
to control forward/off/reverse. Please read
http://www.rctankcombat.com/articles/speed-control/
The Tri-Pact controller uses two servos, four microswitches
and eight diodes to provide steering mixing. The Anvilus
controller uses a PIC microprocessor to read R/C signals
and drive the SPDT relays
Additionally, the Anvilus controller can provide variable
speed control using Pulse Width Modulation (PWM)
signals through two off-board solid state relays (SSR).
Please read the Electronic Speed Control (ESC)
section at http://www.rctankcombat.com/articles/speed-control/
