Just from rading the battle-reports it would be benificial to keep the thing 
from rattling itself apart on rough terrain if nothing else.  Besides, it 
would help keep more of the track in contact with the ground.

The Valentine's suspension is pretty simple, just two roadwheels on a common 
road arm that pivots between the two road-wheels (actually, it's a little 
more sophisticated than that, but not much).
