There are a few ways to elevate the gun, you can just use a servo conected
straight to the gun, you could use a little gear motor and a winch, or you
could mount the servo under the gun and use an extended servo horn to "push"
the gun up and down. I think Joe did this on "T010". The gun can also be
fired a number of different ways. the simplest way I think is to conect the
servo directly to the trigger of the gun.I know Frank has used a door lock
actuator from the central locking system from a car to fire his gun. But I
don't know the performance of this method. Several people have also
installed electronic triggers and from what I understand they give you an
extremerly fast rate of fire. I don't think you could combine the elevation
and the fire in one channel because every time you want to fire your gun the
elevation would be changed.
