if you used your credit card through paypal or on its own... you can dispute
the charges to the credit card company and they will refund your money ..
and they will collect from the person... I have done this several times for
no items sent.. wrong description...  and items not working .. all of these
ebay wouldnt help nor the person who sold them to me..  for your info..
