The Anvilus RC relay SSR motor controller at
http://www.anvilus.com/products.html
works exactly this way.  Please see the user's
manual at
http://www.anvilus.com/h_040429_manual.doc

TNT has three of these controllers.  Check with
them.

I programmed the PIC 16F876 using MBasic from
Basic Micro http://www.basicmicro.com/
I will send you the code if you wish.

Alternately, I will sell you a programmed PIC for
the cost of the chip and shipping if you wish to
experiment on your own.
